We extend our heartfelt gratitude for your generous clothing donations to support those in need within our community.
Your kindness and generosity are truly appreciated, and your contributions make a significant difference in the lives of individuals and families facing hardship. As we strive to effectively manage and distribute these donations, we kindly ask the following.
Donate during business hours.
We welcome donations on Tuesday and Thursday from 9 am–3 pm and on Friday from 9 am–12 pm.
Space is limited.
Please limit donations to two bags of clothing per donation.
Cleanliness counts.
Ensure donated clothing is gently used and clean.
Dressing with dignity.
We kindly request contemporary and up-to-date clothing styles.
Donate seasonally.
Please donate clothing within the current season.
Undergarments.
Socks and underwear must be in original packaging.
Your donations are appreciated.
We need these items.
Clothing for family members of all ages
New and unopened hygiene products
But we cannot accept everything.
These items cannot be taken by Crossroads. We must throw them away.
Electronics, including TVs
Bedding, mattresses, and pillows
Stuffed animals
Bathing suits
Presence over prescription.
Crossroads offers more than services. We offer ourselves. We listen, we show up, and we stand with people in their pain, because authentic care can't be rushed or reduced to a checklist.
Equity without judgment.
Crossroads provides care free of bias, opinion, or condition. We don't evaluate people sociologically, economically, or psychologically. We meet them as equals in a shared human experience.
